RE: LAUNCHING OF THE LARGEST "BANK" IN THE WORLD

Dear Sir/Madam:

The agenda is outlined inside the "Commercial Paper" issue to raise $50,000,000,000 through a $100,000,000,000 discount "Commercial Paper" issue that wil allow us to sell the "Commercial Paper" at discount.  At this stage, any "idea" that comes to the head will be implemented and if such "idea" fails, within seconds, another "idea" will be evaluated. That simple. There will be no "specific" idea to implement because life is unpredictable. Most case scenario is within second and "idea" that seems great may end up "lousy."

Toks, Inc.'s $50,000,000,000,000 ($50 Trillion) in all stock tax free proposed exchange tender offers that will include large banks like Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Barclays Bank PLCBanco Santander, Bank of Hawaii, Bear Stearns Companies, Inc., Deutsche Bank AGIndustrial & Commercial Bank of ChinaJP Morgan Chase, Fortis, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Mizuho Financial Group, Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC, State Street Corporation and Zions Bancorporation to launch the largest bank with investment banking, banking, insurance, etc in the world is actually designed to assist a trust called Aurelia Stephen Trust that will address the “VISION” to launch the Fight Against Global Poverty through investments that will range in over $50,000,000,000,000 ($50 Trillion) and some donations around the globe. The trust was granted shares that will be used as “collateral” to structure and raise capital in order to finance projects. Donation will also be part of this campaign. This is also an opportunity to establish that the acquisition of these banks  is about the “poor.” The very group of class we quickly ignore and “use” to advance our own “selfish” agenda that never benefits the “poor.” This bank will be dedicated to the poor around the globe through trillions in investments around the globe. Anyone that hates the "poor" come forward and let's hear you "loud" and "clear" so we can remind you where you really started from...as a "poor" person.

Please note that all the above banks will be acquired along with all the publicly traded entities outlined inside the title pag "List of All Entities" on this Web site at http://www.tspnotes.com/ for public review. The strategy is after closing of the Toks, Inc.'s $50,000,000,000,000 ($50 Trillion) all stock tax free proposed exchange tender offers, there will be a spin off where all the banks and investment banks and their assets will be assumed by Aurelia Stephen Banc Corp and its subsidiaries as in Aurelia Stephen Securiries, Aurelia Stephen Bank, Aurelia Stephen Insurance, etc.

Please note that "Citigroup, Inc." will be part of "activist" buyout. What will happen is deposits of Citigroup's Citibank will be retained and transferred to Aurelia Stephen Bank and all other assets will be sold into pieces. Or we may sell the "deposit" accounts along with other assets of Citigroup as a "whole" if the "price is right."

It is wise to be brief. More details about this will emerge inside the prospectus when registration statements are filed for TC Company IPO and Toks Inc.’s “shelf” registration of Class A common shares.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

/s/
