Dear Sir/Madam:

“Exodus Foundation” or “Exodus Trust” is based on the Biblical name as in “exodus” regarding the freedom of the slaves leaving Egypt. The Exodus Fund or Exodus Trust will be used to address social issues as in helping during natural disaster, fighting injustice through the legal system, addressing domestic violence to provide for mothers and children to escape to a well equipped apartment complex (not a “shelter”) where such victims will be helped to settle and assist them with finance and later go after the spouse to pay child/spousal support; construct affordable housing without using taxpayers money and implementing low rent programs; scholarships around he globe to help the “needy” and “disadvantaged” to get average education and trade/vocational training for those not college bound; to support different government and private agencies in terms of social issues; to support military operations sanctioned by United Nations under Geneva and International agenda in terms of addressing atrocities being committed against helpless and innocent citizens (example Darfur conflict); to study more “ideas” that will support and compliment this “vision” to eradicate poverty through Fight Against Global Poverty.

The question is where will get the money? The first is the 5,000,000,000 in stock grant at no cost to the foundation from Toks, Inc. The second is part of the 60% revenues of the holding company and its operations will be allocated. A reminder that 40% is going to the shareholders of Toks, Inc. while part of the 60% will be allocated. But we can't just focus on job creations because not everybody will have that luxury. There will be situations where people just need help right away—not the typical create jobs situation. This is what “Exodus Foundation or “Exodus Trust” will serve.

Please be advised other ideas from other people will be entertained and considered. This is for the good of the society. It has nothing to do with who is the smartest individual or who has the most brilliant ideas. Such attitude or mentality will not be tolerated. This is not a competition—we are talking about peoples’ lives here.
