RE: RESCUE FUNDS TO ADDRESS THE GLOBAL FINANCIAL CRISIS TO STABILIZE GLOBAL ECONOMY

Dear Sir/Madam:

Our society cannot continue to use "money" as a tool to oppress people, money is supposed to solve major problems. We are developing an innovative "tool" that will address the current "global financial crisis" and compliment "capitalism" where investors will benefit a great deal. This "tool" will be derived from our Toks, Inc.'s $50,000,000,000,000 all stock tax free proposed exchange tender offers in heavy premium that will allow us to spin off the banks to form Aurelia Stephen Banc Corp and sell off some financial assets to other financial institutions that want to expand or augment their opeartions.

We have to remind everyone from world leaders, investors, shereholders and ordionary folks in Wall Street and Main Street that the Toks, Inc.'s proposed exchange tender offers and TC Company IPO must close at all cost and innovative ways to close are ongoing issue

We cannot divulge this structure, at the appropraite time, it will be unveiled and hope to share this with other financial institutions and government entities around globe. The "rescue funds" will not only address the rescue plan, but also changed the way we view others to be part of the system, rahter than trying to deny people.

This current financial crisis is a "wake-up" call to finally face the "demon" that tells people that it's okay to deny others to make a living. It's not okay to deny people to have access to basics as in food, shelter, education, running clean water, etc. We must resist the temptation to thinnk great "ideas" must come from certain folks at the top. This is why we abolished "fascism" that the guy next door can door a better job as long as he is allowed to do so.

This current transaction of Toks, Inc. and TC Company IPO reflect the saying ..."never, never, never, never give up....

Thank you.

Sincerely,

/s/
