Dear Sir/Madam:

This “idea” is not actually new to society, but the way this “idea” will be implemented is enormous. This is both a “Franchise & Magazine” venture. The venture must be both the franchise and the magazine. They can't be one without the other. It will be part of the holding company which will allow the shareholders of Toks, Inc. to receive 40% of the revenues.

Due to the sensitive “Business Plan,” there’s no way this will be divulged until the closing of the $50,000,000,000 commercial paper is closed and the implementation process starts. We are taking this to a new level. The money is there and other operations of the holding company will compliment this venture in another scale.

The franchise and the magazine already have names attached. Starbucks will play significantly role in this. This is not another fastfood nor a coffee house. Why would that happen when Starbucks and McDonalds are part of the transaction. Actually, this venture can be launched in a smaller scale, but with money, it will be enormous. A "global" phenomenon. Sky is the limit.
