Dear Sir/Madam:

This is to inform everyone as in shareholders, investors and interested parties that ABC Network will be the official network television to support Fight Against Global Poverty. The approach here is simple, all assets of Disney as in theme parts and the studio operations will be shifted to Toks, Inc. for the shareholders to own which will free ABC Network. We will not divulge this strategy until after the closing of the proposed exchange tender offers. Toks, Inc nor Aurelia Stephen Holding will not be owners of ABC Network.

The typical ABC programmings will remain the same as in “news division” and “entertainment division.” But we will have to accommodate news and projects about the “vision.” The “big boys” have used this great medium to shape their own bias. It’s time to use this medium to address global poverty and “ideas” that will eradicate this endemic. As for now “poverty” is “slavery” and generation before us worked hard to abolish “slavery” and we are obligated to work harder to abolish another form of “slavery” which is “poverty.”

The implementation of this new approach to use ABC Network’s resources to compliment the “vision” will be unveiled. Ideas are so enormous, our generation will go down in history how hard we worked to eradicate poverty. It will not happen overnight, but that doesn’t mean we can’t start. We’ve got to start from somewhere.

We are inviting everyone to support this at all cost. Poverty must be “eradicated” just as Slavery was “abolished.”
